aura-chic's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- no title ok so as you all may know, i am now working for the olive garden again... YAY. not in the same town.. but with a manager that we trained in raleigh.. so it's all good. i can make it just as good as the one in raleigh. and i have managed to quit my job in kinston, i am going to work next week and then it's all good... i'm so happy to get the hell away from that damn place.. i am at my sister's house while she is at work.. i was at home, i drove back really really late last night.. as in like 2 in the morning, and went to work only for my sister to call and say that her tax refund check was in my car.. so i made the two hour drive back up here and i decided since i didn't have to work in the morning, i would stay the night.. i'm contemplating just not going back into work in kinston.. but i need some cash to pay my insurance. so i think i will tough it out for a little while. let's see.. i don't think that there is anything else to say. other than the fact that my sister's cat is in heat.. so she has all those little kitty hormones raging, and was trying to take advantage of me earlier.. but now she has settled down a bit and is resting on my shoulder.. do you have any idea how hard it is to type with a cat sleeping on your shoulder??? it's slightly uncomfortable.. but it's cute.. so i can't make her move... she's very rarely so loving and i think i'm gonna enjoy it.. cats can put out some warmth in case you didn't know.. she's like a live heating pad...and now she's purring.. it's soooo cute.. i think i have convinced my mother that cats are worth the hassle.. wooohooo... but if we all move in together we will have kitty.. so we won't need another cat..well i must stop this now... 7:59 p.m. - 2003-03-14 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
