aura-chic's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my job ok so i'm back from work.. i'm soooooooo tired.. not that i did any physically straining work or anything.. but i went in at 7:30 this morning, and i um got home at 9 tonight... and most of it was the managers and all the big people in the company yapping about policies and steps of service and ALE laws... things that are just common sense and also things that are all written down in the handy manual that they gave us... they closed the entire restaurant down for the day to do a "re-training" thing for all of the employees. i felt bad for them, because a lot of them worked last night, and that meant that they left oh some time around 1 this morning.. but anyway, then we had to do some more dumb stuff, and i can say this, i'm going to HATE the kitchen.. i mean on my first day i was already aggravated with it.. i'm used to a huge open space to work in, and the space they have back there is barely large enough for one person to stand in.. but other than that, it will be alright.. i mean it is a job... and i will have money and all that good shit.. ok.. i must be going, because i'm exhausted... and i have to go back in the morning..... so have a wonderful night everyone.. goodnite!!! 9:12 p.m. - 2003-02-04 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
